We have considerable experience of loft developments, including both traditional pitched roof and the hip roofs found on many 30s and 50s houses. Most terrace houses can accommodate a master suite of bedroom and bathroom, whilst larger houses such as those with a rear extension, can accommodate a double bedroom, bathroom and study or single bedroom.
By adding both a loft conversion and ground floor rear extension the living space of a property can be increased by as much as 50%.
